By purchasing this Service Purchase Agreement (SPA) and paying the fee indicated below, you understand and agree that:

1. The Service as defined under the Terms of Service of Helice shall be provided and delivered by a third party Service Provider or Partner of Helice, through the logistical support and assistance of Helice;
2. You shall pay a fee in the amount of $700 as consideration for the logistical support and assistance of Helice;
3. You shall be redirected to a link to a third party Service Provider or Partner of Helice who shall perform and deliver the Service;
4. You shall pay a fee as indicated in the website of the third party Service Provider or Partner of Helice for the Service separate and distinct from the fee for Helice indicated above for logistical support and assistance;
5. You shall agree to the Terms and Conditions or Terms of Service of the third party Service Provider or Partner of Helice for the Service, and the Terms of Service of Helice shall be modified insofar to make it consistent with the Terms and Conditions or Terms of Service of the third party Service Provider or Partner of Helice;
6. As the Service is performed and delivered by the third party Service Provider or Partner of Helice, Helice’s Terms of Service and obligations shall only extend to the logistical support and assistance of Helice, and that the third party Service Provider or Partner of Helice shall be responsible for any obligations pertaining to the Service as they have provided to you.
