	Pre-Test Physician-Patient Discussion After the Patient and Physician have decided the proper test to take from the roster of genomic tests that CVMC has, we will send you more information and forms.
	Order Test With the help of CVMC, the right genomic test is purchased from the CVMC website. We will then help you in the creation of your account in GenoHub, our online platform.
	Sample Collection and Shipping Specimen is collected based on the specific needs and requirements. Collection will be coordinated by CVMC and will be sent to our partner global genomic laboratory.
	Genomic Analyzing Proper Specimen will then be analyzed for mutations within specific genes that are related to the conditions the Patient is at risk for.
	Report Sent Once test is done, the detailed test result and report will be sent to your GenoHub online account. From there, it can be viewed and downloaded anytime, anywhere.
	Post-Test Physician-Patient Discussion Armed with this genomic information, the Physician will then discuss with the Patient the personalized medical management and intervention.
